Globepass

Terms of Use

Effective 23 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and David Petrina, Czech Republic, who provides the Globepass app ("Globepass", "we"). By using Globepass you accept them.

Using Globepass

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Globepass on Apple devices you own or control, as Apple's App Store terms allow. You need an Apple Account to sign in.

Your licence to use Globepass is Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it; if they conflict, Apple's EULA governs the licence.

Globepass Pro

Globepass is free to download and use. Globepass Pro adds unlimited trips and documents, Smart Import, PDF itinerary export, full stats with Year in Review and custom app icons.

• Globepass Pro Monthly: $5.99 per month

• Globepass Pro Yearly: $34.99 per year, with a 1-week free trial for new subscribers

• Globepass Pro Lifetime: $119.99, paid once

Monthly and Yearly are auto-renewable subscriptions. Pro Yearly and Pro Lifetime include Family Sharing. Prices are in US dollars, vary by country and are shown in the app before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, with the free trial, when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Buying a subscription during a free trial forfeits the rest of the trial.

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. If Pro ends, everything you've created stays yours.

Your content

What you add to Globepass — trips, places, notes, documents — is yours. It's stored on your devices and in your iCloud; we don't claim any rights to it. You're responsible for keeping copies of documents you can't afford to lose.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Globepass: don't try to break, reverse-engineer or overload it, or use it to break the law or anyone's rights.

Travel information

Globepass helps you organise your travels, but it isn't an official source. Check entry rules, visa requirements, passport validity and bookings with the authorities and providers concerned; reminders and warnings in the app are a help, not a guarantee.

Liability

We work to keep Globepass reliable, but it is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using Globepass and delete your account at any time. We may end access for anyone who seriously breaks these terms.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you're a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim there.
